Three Phase AC660/1140V 200A Flame Proof Electric Motor Start and Protection Coal Mine With Explosive Gas Belt Start is mainly used in coal mine with explosive gas (methane) and coal dust, open pit coal mine, metallurgical mine, port wharf, coal preparation plant, power plant, etc. The soft start of three-phase asynchronous motor with rated voltage to 1140V, frequency 50Hz, rated current to 200A can make the motor start smoothly under the starting characteristics required by load, and reduce the impact of starting current on power grid and load equipment. Electricity can be saved in light loads.

Features

1. Advanced microprocessor, protection module, control module and detection module are adopted, the protection precision is high, the reaction speed is fast, and the performance is stable.

2. The advanced silicon controlled technology is used to realize the current limiting start and slope start of the motor. Voltage starting, sudden jump current starting, can meet the control requirements of fan, water pump, gas drainage pump, rubber belt conveyor and other equipment.

3. All Chinese liquid crystal display, with menu man-machine interactive interface, The operation is intuitionistic and simple, the current three-phase current and system voltage are displayed while running, and the display information is rich.

4.The self-diagnosis and protection functions of soft start are complete. During the starting and stopping process, there are temperature, undervoltage, overcurrent and lack of phase. Line fault, plugging, leakage, thyristor fault protection function.

5. the shell structure adopts double door design, double face mechanical linkage, vulva control line adopts intrinsically safe design, more safe and reliable; modular layout, Maintenance and repair is convenient.

6. RS-485 standard communication interface can be provided to realize communication with the upper computer of the monitoring system. It has the function of "four remotes" and can realize unattended underground.
